NSW: Man critically injured in race
A man is fighting for his life after an accident during a motorcycle sidecar race at
a speedway in Sydney.
Crew from the Westpac Lifesaver helicopter are with the 30-year-old - who suffered
critical head and spinal injuries when his motorcycle crashed at Oran Park raceway shortly
before noon (AEST).
The Ambulance service says officers are treating two other people for arm and hand injuries.
No further details are yet available.
